PUNJAB STATE BOARD JOINT ENTRANCE TEST (PUNJAB JET) Exam Pattern 

Scheme of Examination :

PUNJAB JET will have one paper of 200 multiple choice objective type questions having duration 3 hours(180 minutes)

English - 40

General awareness and Aptitude - 40

Mathematics - 40

Physics - 40

Chemistry - 40

Eachobjective/ multiple choice question carrying four marks. The maximum marks of the JET shall be 800.  The maximum duration for JET shall be three hours

There will be no negative marking in the JET. The objective type questions shall be answered on a pre-printed Optical Mark Reader (OMR) answer sheet. The candidate is required to mark his/her responses as per instructions given on the OMR answer sheet
